One credit issues one certificate. Credits never expire.
Every certificate is issued for the 0.25° CleanZone research cell that contains the point. If the cell has too little measured data to score, the request is refused — we never print a number we cannot stand behind.
One address per row. Optional columns: address,
lat, lon, reference,
template. A template value on a row overrides the
default below, so one upload can mix templates per listing.
Same credits, no separate quota: a pull of 3,500 certificates is just a ledger debit.
